Following Strava’s acquisition of Runna — the Apple “App of the Year” winning running and fitness platform continue to serve as Product Design Lead at Strava, continuing to shape the future of personalized training experiences within one of the world’s most influential fitness ecosystems.

As the Founding Product Designer at Runna, I led the end-to-end product design of the mobile app and platform, crafting a premium experience across training plans, real-time coaching, post-run insights, and performance tracking. My work helped Runna grow to hundreds of thousands of users globally and played a key role in the company’s acquisition.

This role combines my passion for fitness-tech, behavioral design, and product leadership helping bring structured, science-backed training to millions of athletes worldwide.

As the founding product designer at Runna, I’ve led the design vision from the ground up transforming the app into a globally recognized platform for runners of all levels until Version 3 (November 2024). Runna V3 has been nominated for App of the Year, a reflection of our team’s dedication to crafting a world-class user experience that blends intuitive design with powerful training tools. I’d been responsible for everything from UX strategy and UI design to brand identity and product innovation—shaping a product that’s helping thousands of runners train smarter, stay motivated, and achieve their goals.

Along the way, I also designed Runna’s Apple Watch app, creating a seamless companion experience that brings real-time coaching and performance tracking straight to the wrist—deepening user engagement and expanding our ecosystem.

This success story ultimately led to Runna’s acquisition by Strava.

As the Senior Product Designer & Architect on the Salesforce transformation initiative at Mercedes-Benz Financial Services, I led the experience design for OneOPS — a unified global operations platform built on Salesforce Lightning. The project aimed to modernise contract servicing, streamline financial agreement workflows, and create a scalable platform used across multiple international regions.

As a Senior Product Designer & Architect, I was deeply involved in the strategic discovery and product definition phase of the OneOPS platform — Mercedes-Benz’s unified global operations system for financial services. My role spanned stakeholder alignment, design research, service blueprinting, and enterprise-grade UX/UI design using Salesforce Lightning components.

The goal was to reimagine contract servicing, streamline finance agreement workflows, and deliver a scalable MVP that could be rolled out across multiple international regions.

At Zalando, I was the lead product designer for ZDirect, the core platform enabling thousands of brand partners to manage their presence, performance, and operations within Zalando’s ecosystem.

ZDirect plays a critical role in Zalando’s Partner Program strategy — and I helped reimagine its UX/UI to support partner autonomy, efficiency, and growth.

My work at Zalando contributed to elevating the Partner Program experience at scale — helping brands feel more in control, informed, and connected to Europe’s leading fashion platform.

At New Look, I led the complete UX and UI redesign of the brand’s e-commerce web app — bringing a modern, mobile-first approach to one of the UK’s most established fashion retailers.

Tasked with revamping an outdated experience, I delivered a responsive design system and user flow overhaul that significantly improved engagement and conversion across devices.

This project not only modernised New Look’s digital presence but also laid the foundation for a more cohesive omni-channel experience — improving performance KPIs and customer satisfaction in a competitive retail landscape.

As the Founding Product Designer at Buzzbike, I was responsible for designing the entire end-to-end digital experience from the ground up — spanning mobile, web, and operational tools. I collaborated closely with the CEO and early team to transform a bold urban mobility vision into a high-retention, subscription-based cycling product used by thousands of Londoners.

From branding to product strategy to UI/UX execution, I helped shape the experience of a brand that got thousands of people riding again in London.

As the founding designer at Rolls-Royce Portal—an award-winning digital exchange platform for the aviation industry—I was responsible for building the product experience from the ground up. Working closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders from Rolls-Royce’s R² Data Labs, I defined and led the UX and UI vision across the platform’s core pillars: the Marketplace, Data Rooms, Community, and Enterprise tools.

Portal has since grown to include over 9,000 members globally and continues to serve as a vital platform for innovation and collaboration in aviation.

As part of O2–Virgin Media’s major digital transformation programme, I played a key role in redesigning the entire customer-facing experience across e-commerce, in-store (EPOS), and self-serve platforms.

I helped shape and implement a new design system from the ground up, enabling consistent, scalable, and accessible experiences across the business.

his work was part of a long-term strategy to unify the customer experience across O2 and Virgin Media, building a modern, modular foundation for future product innovation.

Worked as a Senior Product Designer on the O2 digital transformation project, redesigning the end-to-end e-commerce and in-store EPOS experiences. Collaborated with VCCP Bernadette as part of a cross-functional delivery team, contributing to the creation of a scalable design system and modernising O2’s digital customer journey across platforms.

As a Senior Product Designer at Salesforce, I contributed to the expansion of the platform’s core CRM experience, helping to evolve key workflows, improve usability, and support enterprise scalability across sales and service teams.

Key contributions:
• Designed user experiences and interfaces for new CRM capabilities, improving task flows, hierarchy, and dashboard usability for enterprise users.
• Created wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI components aligned with the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
• Collaborated closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align features with business requirements and user needs.
• Conducted UX research, including stakeholder interviews and heuristic evaluations, to identify usability gaps and inform iterative design.
• Contributed to the modular expansion of Salesforce’s CRM tools, ensuring scalability and consistency across product areas.

As the Founder of ArtX, I lead a design consultancy that partners with startups, scale ups, and global enterprises to craft award winning digital products, elevate brand experiences, and embed design as a strategic growth driver.

Operating at both Founder and Head of Design level, I have led multidisciplinary design teams, coached junior designers, and facilitated product strategy workshops with stakeholders across product, engineering, and leadership teams. I have been brought in to lead design direction, build design systems from scratch, and drive UX innovation across mobile apps, web platforms, and enterprise tools.
