What happens after I get started?
You’ll answer a few questions about your career and what you’d like help with. We’ll use your answers to suggest mentors, then help you create your profile and book a session.
Is a session included?
Yes. You can start with one free session. You’ll be able to review your mentor and the session details before you book.
What if I don’t know what I need help with?
That’s a good place to start. Think about a decision you’re facing, something you’re finding difficult, or a skill you’d like to build. The questions in onboarding will help you put it into words.
Who are the mentors?
ADPList mentors are professionals across design, product, engineering, marketing, data, and more. You can review their experience and background when choosing who to meet.
How do the sessions work?
Sessions take place online, one-to-one. Choose an available time, share what you’d like to discuss, and bring your questions or work. Availability and session length depend on the mentor.
Can I find a mentor outside my country?
Yes. ADPList connects people across 160+ countries. Look for a mentor whose experience, language, and available times fit your needs.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Bring one or two questions and a little context about your goal. If you want feedback on a portfolio, résumé, or project, have it ready to share. You don’t need to have everything figured out.
