I am grateful for my experience speaking with Aswin on ADPlist. During our sessions, I have learnt a lot from his advice to improve my work, my communication skills and portfolio. Aswin always made time for me even though his schedule was super packed. He is an attentive listener who carefully listens, analyses the problems I face to come up with practical solutions that I can apply to overcome my challenges. It's clear that Aswin is passionate about helping other designers, putting a lot of effort, and dedicating a lot of his time to help others grow successfully in their careers. I recommend anyone starting their design career to have a chat with him
Aswin helped provide a very productive session during our 30-minute call. He was amiable and gave me a lot of helpful & honest feedback on improving my portfolio's specific areas. I can tell me he has an excellent eye for design. If I ever have questions about design or want feedback, I'd definitely sign up for time with him again.
He told me what skills a big company like FB or Microsoft look in a candidate vs a successful startup which gave me a clear understanding on how should i approach a company. Also, gave valuable feedback on my portfolio.
Aswin helped me relook my work from the top in the view of clear problem solving and also shared his insights and experiences that gave me a strong sense of direction, and guidance on career advancement.
Aswin provided actionable advice and detailed tips on my portfolio and taught me about design thinking methods and processes that are really beneficial for my future projects as well. As a fairly new product designer, his insights and experiences gave me a much deeper understanding into how I can further improve and grow in this field. Thank you, Aswin!
